39, 44, and 45 may
access the
Court’s tentative
rulings
to determine if an appearance is required. Tentative rulings are
available after 2:00 p.m. the day before your hearing.
The tentative ruling shall become the ruling of the court. If you wish to appear, you must notify the clerk of the designated department no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before the hearing, and advise the other parties in the case, if applicable, of your intention to appear. If a judgment or a dismissal as to the entire action has been filed with the court, your case may be dropped from the calendar.
