WELCOME to the CASE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM TENTATIVE RULINGS CALENDAR. The Court may drop compliance hearings or render a tentative ruling using this calendar.

If your case does not appear on this calendar or if you wish to confirm that your case has been dropped, please contact the Civil Unit at (916) 874-5741.

THE TENTATIVE RULING shall become the ruling of the Court unless a party requests a hearing by notifying the clerk of the designated department and all other parties of the request for hearing no later than 4:00 p.m. on the court day preceding the hearing.
