Viewing CMP Tentative Rulings on the Sacramento Court Website

Effective 11/13/07, CMP Tentative Rulings are available for viewing through the CCMS Online Document Viewing screen.  To view the rulings, follow these steps.

1. Go to the Internet Home Page at http://www.saccourt.com/

2. Click on the View Civil and Probate Case Information hyperlink at the right side of the page.

Result: The CCMS Online Document Viewing screen displays.

3. Change the radio button in the middle of the screen from CCMS to Other.

4. Enter the case number in the blank ‘Other’ field.

5. Click on the Search button.

Result: After a moment, the search is complete.  The screen refreshes and the document information displays at the bottom of the screen.

6. Scroll down and click on the View button associated with the Tentative Ruling.

Result: The Tentative Ruling displays in a PDF window.

7. After viewing the document, click the Red X to close the window.
