Helping Parents Comply with Court Orders

The Resource Referral Program assists parents with cases before the Sacramento Superior Court to comply with court orders. A Resource Specialist has compiled lists of agencies that provide the types of services Family Court customers are most frequently ordered to obtain. Copies of the provider lists can be downloaded below. If you are a Sacramento-area service provider and would like to be included on one or more of our lists, click here.

Receiving Individual Assistance from the Resource Specialist

In addition to maintaining provider lists, the Resource Specialist is available to assist court customers in locating providers. The Resource Specialist is housed in the Self Help Center in Room 113 of the Family Relations Courthouse. Drop-in hours are listed below.

Customers who do not wish to drop in and wait to see the Resource Specialist, may schedule an appointment in advance. To schedule an appointment with the Resource Specialist, call the Resource Referral Program help line at (916) 876-5583. This is a message phone only. You may also contact the Resource Specialist via e-mail at ResourceSpecialist@saccourt.com. When calling or e-mailing, be sure to include your full name and your Sacramento Superior Court case number or Family Court Services case number. You will receive a response by the next court business day. Note: The Resource Specialist only provides referrals and cannot answer procedural questions regarding your family law case.

Information for Service Providers

The Sacramento Superior Court maintains lists of service providers for the benefit of our customers. It is the goal of the court to provide customers with the most comprehensive list of qualified services possible. Towards this end, we encourage new providers to request inclusion on our lists.

Criteria for inclusion on our provider lists are contained in the General Criterion for Court Referral Providers. If you meet the criteria for inclusion on our lists, please complete and return the Compliance Statement (page 7 of the General Criterion) and return it to the Resource Referral Program along with a completed Service Provider Information Form.
