Each facility of the Sacramento Superior Court is equipped with
accommodations available for persons with disabilities and includes
assistance for persons with hearing, visual, physical, and mental
impairments. Some in-court accommodations include:
Accommodations that require a five-day notice are (see California Rule of Court 1.100.) Please note: We may be unable to accommodate an untimely request. If you have questions regarding California Rule of Court 1.100 (old rule 989.3), please read the pamphlet, "Persons with Disabilities: Q & A on Rule of Court 1.100." You will need the free Adobe ReaderŌ to download the pamphlet.
Service animals are welcome at all facilities. If you require an accommodation not listed above, you may call the facility where you will be conducting your business or the ADA Coordinator to discuss your specific needs. All attempts will be made to provide you with a reasonable accommodation.

How to Request an AccommodationYou may request an accommodation by filling out a Request for Accommodations (form MC-410). Follow the link to download the form, or you can obtain the form at any of our court facilities. Submit the completed form to the ADA Contact (please see addresses/telephone numbers below) for the courthouse you will be visiting. Requests will also be accepted by telephone. When making a telephone request, please have the following information readily available:
