Traffic
The Traffic Division processes both
traffic and non-traffic violations depending on the severity of the
charge. Some non-traffic violations include light rail, boating,
fish and game, alcohol-related offenses, animal control, and violations of
city and county ordinances. The Traffic Filing Counter is located on
the first floor of the courthouse. A Traffic Advisory Center is
also on site for assistance.
Juvenile cases involving only
Vehicle Code infractions are processed by the Traffic
Division. All other cases, including non-traffic and traffic
misdemeanor charges, are processed at the
Juvenile Courthouse located
at 9605 Kiefer Boulevard. |
